Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale™
Wyeast 1728 Scottish Ale™
Ideally suited for Scottish-style ales, and high gravity ales of all types.
Notes
Very disappointing. More of a strong ale, not much of a bitter, probably due to the Scottish Ale (damn that AHA). Took ~6mo for it to mellow out enough to drink more than 1/2 a pint at a sitting, but its finally gone now!
