  • 0.25 kg German Dark Crystal

  • 2 kg Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • .5 kg Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 29 g Mt. Hood - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Mt. Hood

    Used mainly for aroma and flavor in American and German style ales and lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant, light, and clean.

  • 36 g Crystal - 3.2 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Crystal

    Mild. 'Noble'. Used mainly for its aroma which is mild and pleasant.

  • 36 g Hallertau - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
