I looked at all the beers I like and tried to steal a unique characteristic of each, and put them all together into one recipe. This will be my first attempt at brewing. Wish me Luck!

  • 3.375 lbs English Mild Ale

    English Mild Ale

    Dry, nutty malty flavor. Promotes body. Use in English mild ales.

  • 3.375 lbs German Vienna

    German Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • .5 lbs American Caramel 30°L

    American Caramel 30°L

    Provides color, body, and contributes to foam retention and beer stability.

  • .5 lbs Weyermann CaraHell®; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraHell®; Weyermann

    Hefe-Weizen, Pale Ale, Golden Ale, Oktoberfest Beer, Nourishing Beer, Maibock , Schankbier, Light Beer, alcohol-reduced Beer , non-alcoholic Beer

  • 1.8125 lbs Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Corn Flaked (Maize)

    Generally a neutral flavor, used to reduce maltiness of beer. Produces beer with a milder, less malty flavor. Uses: Primarily for light Bohemian and Pilsner lagers.

    Helps head retention and mouthfeel, used in some pale ales.
