    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 2.0 lbs German Wheat Malt Light

    Typical top fermented aroma, produces superb wheat beers.

  • 2.0 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 1.7 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.7 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Spalt Spalter

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1.0 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.7 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min

Notes

Add 3 cans of pumpkin (no spices or preservatives) to the mash. At 15 min. add the following in a hop bag: 2 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Nutmeg, 1 tsp Ginger, 1/2 tsp Allspice.
