have already brewed this ,and am pretty happy with the results. 4 litres per kilo mash,small/short sparge primary 10 days @ 18-22c secondry 14days @21-23c bottled @21-23c for four days has been lagering,2 weeks @ 4-6c (will stay for 6) the beer buddahs of my club recommend the white labs wlp-029 over the rest thomas fawcet ' torrefied wheat 'used, text read indicates that this is very good for head retention and lacing

i got 39 out 0f 50 points in our in our klub kolsch komp. only fault (and i had not picked it up before)was a grainyness in the flavour, over sparged !!!!
