Specialty Beer • Extract • 5 gal

Don't exactly know how this will turn out this is the first time I have come up with my own recipe. Hopeing it will be smooth and dry. If you try it please share your thoughts.

Ingredients (Extract5 gal)

  • 0.50 lbs Midwest Wheat Malt

    Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

  • 9.00 lbs Dry Extra Light Extract

    Dry Extra Light Extract

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 2.00 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1.00 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 55 min
