Don't exactly know how this will turn out this is the first time I have come up with my own recipe. Hopeing it will be smooth and dry. If you try it please share your thoughts.

Ingredients (Extract, 5 gal)
- 0.50 lbs
Midwest Wheat Malt

Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.
