    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 4.0 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 3.3 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Hallertauer Hersbrucker

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.

  • 2.0 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 3.3 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Hallertauer Hersbrucker

    Mild to strong. 'Noble'.

  • 2.00 oz Hallertauer Hersbrucker - 3.3 AA% whole; boiled 1 min

    Wyeast 2042 Danish Lager™

    Rich, dortmund-style, crisp, dry finish. Soft profile accentuates hop characteristics.

Notes

I intend to decoct this one. Not sure if I will do one or two decoctions. I also intend to try first wort hopping, which means I will probably put 2 or 3 Oz of the flavour/aroma hops in as FWH and then 1 or 2Oz in at the end. Hopefully I will provide notes when I have brewed it!
