Sweet Stout • Extract • 18.0 L

alewulf

Steep grains in 9 L water @ 145F for 45 min. add extract and boil 45 min. Hops additions 40/30. Cool. Ttransfer to fermenter and top to 18 L with cold sterile water. Pitch 1000ml starter of WLP002. ferment 3 days @ 65F - transfer to secondary for 1 wk. bottle or keg as usual. Prime w/ only 1/2 C corn sugar.
