  • 7.09 lbs Maris Otter Pale

This malt delivers predictable brewhouse performance with modest, yet consistent extracts. Brewers can expect good runoffs with clear wort.

  • 1.90 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • 1 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

Notes

Excellent brew. Has a little bite at first taste which is well offset by the carmel taste. Definitely one for the home pub.
