    Enhances body and aroma. Stout, schwarzbier, brown ale, dark and amber ales.

  • 2 kg English 2-row Vienna

  • 0.21 kg Weyermann CaraMunich® II; Weyermann

    Weyermann CaraMunich® II; Weyermann

    Provides body. For Oktoberfest, bock, porter, stout, red, amber and brown ales.

  • 20 g Fuggle - 6.6 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 25 g Goldings - 5.7 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

  • White Labs WLP025 Southwold Ale Yeast

    White Labs WLP025 Southwold Ale Yeast

    From Suffolk county, England. This yeast produces complex fruit and citrus flavors. Great for British bitters and pale ales. Slight sulfur is produced during fermentation, which will disappear with aging.

Notes

Single infusion mash at 66C (stike temp 72C) First Wort hopping or put in boil at 15 min Boil 90 minutes Ferment at 18C for 10 days, transfer to secondry for 5 days. Dry hop secondry with 25g fuggles
