Mashed at 152 degrees for 90 min. S.G. 1.066

Tastes like a stronger version of Boddington's. Will crash cool tomorrow

T.G. 1.014 tastes a little young, the bitterness is smooth as far as bitterness goes, but the bitterness and the alcohol warmth overpower any malt flavor- the malt flavor is virtually undetectable
make sure it is served at right temp

If the ber is served around 55 degrees there is a malt finish with a hint of nuts
