    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 8.24 lbs Extra Pale; Morgans

    Extra Pale; Morgans

    For making very pale ales and lagers.

  • 1.0 oz Chinook - 13.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Chinook

    Spicy, Medium to Heavy.Very strong bittering ability used in all American ales and lagers. Aroma is very floral.

  • 0.25 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 0.25 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

There should be more hops......

You should Add dry hops after you rack it. Just add 1 oz. of Columbus pellet hops strait to your brew. And it will be very hoppy. This is a great IPA.....Injoy
