Barley Wine 3 Gal

Barley Wine 3 Gal

American Barleywine • Extract • 3 gal

stouts

Our Barley wine is amber colored very strong and heavy, with fruity and malty flavors and a strong citrus hop aftertaste and bitterness. This recipe is in the American style balancing all highly intense flavors into a very drinkable big beer. As in most beers that are this big, some aging is recommended to let the flavor merge. Yields 3 gallons.
