  • 3/4 lbs Belgian Caramunich

    Belgian Caramunich

    Caramel, full flavor, copper color. For Belgian ales, German smoked and bocks.

  • 1 3/8 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 4 1/2 lbs Liquid Amber Extract

    Liquid Amber Extract

    Amber is used predominantly in the production of medium-colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters.

  • 4 3/16 lbs Liquid Light Extract

    Liquid Light Extract

    A brewer can create any beer style with this extract when used as a base in conjunction with colored malts and selected hops. Contains no colored malts or hops.

  • 1 lbs Treacle

    Treacle

    Imparts intense, sweet flavor. A British mixture of molasses, invert sugar and golden syrup (corn syrup). Use in dark English ales.

  • 1 1/8 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 5/8 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Fuggle

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.

  • 5/8 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    East Kent Goldings

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

    Wyeast 2565 Kolsch

    A hybrid of ale and lager characteristics. This strain develops excellent maltiness with subdued fruitiness, and a crisp finish. Ferments well at moderate temperatures.
