Nice recipe

Tried this recipe at 2.5 gallons and it turned out great, with fantastic carbonation. I let it ferment for 5 days and racked it to a carboy for three days, also used california ale yeast.
Modified and Good

I brewed a modified version of this with good results on September 17. I left out the raspberry extract and used Liberty hops at the beginning of the boil and Hallertau with 15 minutes left. For yeast, I used Wyeast American Ale and bottled after only 6 days. The OG and FG were right on the mark It is still bottle conditioning, but I got a taste prior to bottling. It was pretty good, little hoppy but I think that was more because it was green. Looking forward to having a bottle or six tonight.
