Will be making this beer on 22 June 2003 and you can substute the Australian ale malt with 2 row American. I will post a result on the beer when bottled and ready to enjoy. Cheers Ray Mills

  • 25 g Cascade - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 8 g Cascade - 7.0 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min
