actually i used 2lbs of german lt wheat malt, but tool would not allow. no crystal was used. the yeast was wlp003(not available as a choice ) the bittering hops were german tradition- again not viable choice. i added irish moss. 1.050og. tool seems to have severe limitations for creative users.

  • White Labs WLP011 European Ale

    White Labs WLP011 European Ale

    Malty, Northern European-origin ale yeast. Low ester production, giving a clean profile. Little to no sulfur production. Low attenuation helps to contribute to the malty character. Good for Alt, Kolsch, malty English ales, and fruit beers.
