McBride's Amber Ale II
American Amber Ale • All Grain • 5 gal
first made as an extract with specialty grains. Since I've move onto all grain, I've adjusted the recipe. The original was wonderful and very well received, even by those who don't normally like beer. Not to bitter, not too sweet, but with a nice creamy mouthfeel.
