  • 1/2 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 5/16 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 5 1/2 lbs Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Dry Extra Light; Muntons

    Contains no colored malts or unmalted products; the light color of this product is achieved by using low processing temperatures and low-colored raw materials.

  • 2 oz Styrian Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Styrian Goldings

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 1/4 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 1/4 oz Styrian Goldings - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, pleasant.

  • 3/4 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Wyeast 3766 Cider

    Crisp dry fermenting yeast with big, fruity finish. Creates a nice balance for all types of apples, pears and other fruit or fermentables. Allows fruit character to dominate the profile.
