my third all grain brew.. its still fermenting.. but i think it will be a winner!!.. i decided to add the maze, so that it would be a delicious complement to dinner or just any ol' hockey game and wings..

This is very bitter and often used in medium to dark ales and lagers. Aroma is quite heavy and herbal.

Used for bittering with strong flavors and very fragrant in steam beers, dark English ales, and German lagers. Aroma is medium-strong with evergreen and mint overtones.
