  • 9.33 lbs English 2-row Pale

    English 2-row Pale

    All English Ales. Workhorse of British Brewing. Infusion Mash.

  • 1.45 lbs English Chocolate Malt

    English Chocolate Malt

    Dark malt that gives a rich red or brown color and nutty flavor. Use for: Brown ales, porters, some stouts Maintains some malty flavor, not as dark as roasted malt.

  • 0.43 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 1.20 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 1.6 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 0.50 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Mild, slightly flowery.

  • 0.50 oz Cascade - 5.5 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.
