  • 8 lbs English Wheat Malt

    Light flavor, creamy head. For wheat beers, stouts, doppelbocks and alt beers.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • .5 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 2 min

How does one do an all grain wheat recipe w/o get a stuck sparge? Also can 100% convert itself? Very interesting.
