Steep speciality grains in 1 1/2 gal water @150 F for 15 minutes Sparge with 1/2 gal @150 F Boil wort add dry and malt extract and Belg.Candy sugar plus 1.5 oz Styrian Goldings for 45 minutes Add 1 oz Styrian Golding hops, 3 tbsp orange peel, 1 tsp Irish moss Boil for 12 minutes Add 1/2 oz Kent Goldings and 3 tbsp orange peel Boil 3 minutes more Cool 15 minutes Add cold water upto 5 gal OG 1.07x Pitch with Wyeast Abbey Yeast Ferment 5-7 days Second Fermentation until done. Bottle with 1 1/4 cup of wheat DME
