  • 2.40 lbs Maris Otter Pale

    Maris Otter Pale

    An English thoroughbred and a favored choice of malt for many brewers. Simpsons' Maris Otter has a rich and nutty flavor and despite its small, berry size has a strong husk.   • 2.62 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Moravian Well-Modified Pale

    Suitable for ales or lagers. It can be used with a single temperature infusion mash schedule.

  • 0.11 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • 3.83 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.
