have exact grains and hops, the order? any help would be nice. sam addams addes more wort to secondary the yeast is going to eat spent yeast, and results in cleaner beer. need help with sam 2"hops"

  • 9 lbs American 2-row

    American 2-row

  • 0.6 lbs German Vienna

    Increases malty flavor, provides balance. Use in Vienna, Märzen and Oktoberfest.

  • 1.25 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • 1 lbs Dry Light Extract

    Dry Light Extract

    White color, mild flavor. Will produce lagers and Pilseners and can also be used to produce darker beers when used in conjunction with colored malts. Made of pale malt.

  • 2 oz Spalt Spalter - 4.1 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

    Spalt Spalter

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 1 oz East Kent Goldings - 5.9 AA% whole; boiled 30 min

Notes

152 mash 1.5 hrs, added 1lb light extract and dry hops to secondary,boiled extract 1 hr 1.5 gal water added hops when cooled to 165* added to secondary.
