  • 40 lbs German 2-row Pils

    Sweet, toasted flavor and aroma. For Oktoberfests and malty styles

  • 5 lbs Crystal Malt 20°L

    Crystal Malt 20°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • 24 lbs Munich Liquid; Alexanders

    Munich Liquid; Alexanders

    Often used in belgian specialty ales, Dusseldorf Altbier, and Northern German Altbier.

  • 30 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 16 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 16 oz Saaz - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 40 min

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.
