A popular recipe slightly adjusted to fit my system's efficiency. I knocked the base grain from #8 to #10 to accomodate a no-sparge method. It worked well.

This yeast is a little more attenuative than WLP002. Like most English strains, this yeast produces malty beers. Excellent for all English style ales including bitter, pale ale, porter, and brown ale.
