  • 2 lbs Crystal Malt 60°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, deep golden to red color. For dark amber and brown ales.

    Pronounced caramel flavor and a red color. For stouts, porters and black beers.

  • 1.75 lbs American Chocolate Malt

cold steep grains 24 hrs using british yeast from local brewery. 02 aeration.fermcap s to minimize boilover. very good porter,turned out excellent.
