Al's Pale Ale

Al's Pale Ale

Extra Special/Strong Bitter (English Pale Ale) • Partial Mash • 5 gal

alzelig

This turned out Excellent!! Everybody who has tried it has loved it so far. The color is pretty dark for a pale ale. This is really an Extract recipe but got into the partial mash category by accident.
