I was lazy. Shoulda transfered earlier in week. Been in primary for 11 days. Attenuation on target though. Real OG was 1.060 and FG today is 1.015 Prolly coulda transfered Monday but WTF, eh. Think I'm gonna dry hop with 2oz of Cascades too, just to 'hop it over the top'.

The AOL chat rooms are not located at this site, are you lost? If you are going to critique something, try brewing one of my beers and coming back with some REAL comments.

First tastes...

Hmmmm, well, diacytel is overwhelmingly present. Weird, seeing as I thought I was late transferring out of primary. Maybe I coulda left it a bit longer. I don't usually have diacetyl issues, I keep it pretty clean during the process so I don't think it's a sanitation issue. I'll let it condition a couple weeks before having at it again...

Snodog

Still not happy with it.

Brought the keg to work for cool storage in the server room. I needed the space in the keg fridge at home for an APA that's really drinkable. I'll let it sit and condition but ny the 4th of July, if it doesn't improve, it's down the drain. I'll redo te recipe with Cali yeast instead of Burton.

Finally drinkable...

After maturing a bit at 66F in my server room it is worthy of consumption ;) Still got a diacetyl tone to it but not as overwhelming as it was.
