Yeast used was actually Superior Lager dry yeast. Great example of a harp clone. Also makes a great amber lager with by substituting some of the moravain pilsner for more crystal.

Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 7 lbs Moravian Well-Modified Pale

  • 1 oz Willamette - 5.0 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    This hop is used for finishing and dry hopping American and British style ales. Aroma is mild and pleasant ans slightly spicy

  • .5 oz Fuggle - 4.8 AA% pellets; boiled 45 min

    Mild. Mainly used for finishing and dry hopping especially pale ales, porters, and stouts. Aroma is mild and pleasant, spicy, and soft.
