  • 9 lbs German 2-row Pils

  • .5 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 1 oz Tettnanger - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 60 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • .75 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 45 min

    Hallertauer Mittelfrüher

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • .25 oz Hallertauer Mittelfrüher - 4.5 AA% whole; boiled 15 min

    Hallertauer Mittelfrüher

    Fine, 'Noble'.

  • 1 tsp Irish Moss - (omitted from calculations)

  • Wyeast 2124 Bohemian Lager™

I helped to design this one. A simple recipe for a friend who was just begining. He had to get the hops from a friend in Germany.
