Notes

-8 qt @ 75C (mash 65.5C) -4 gal @ 77C ( collect 5.5 gal) -boil 1h cool to 20C pitch yeast and add O2 (primary 4-6 @ 20C) rack into keg add last hop in Tea ball and condition for 1wk @ 14C
