  • 0.61 lbs English Black Roast

    Adds a heavy roast flavor and dark color.

  • 0.21 lbs British Crystal 55°L

    British Crystal 55°L

    Sweet caramel flavor, adds mouthfeel and head retention. For pale or amber ales.

  • 0.57 lbs Roasted Barley

    Roasted Barley

    Sweet, grainy, coffee flavor and a red to deep brown color. For porters and stouts.

  • 6.15 lbs Liquid Dark Extract

    Liquid Dark Extract

    Used predominantly in the production of dark beers such as milds, browns, porters, and stouts.

  • 0.14 lbs Candi Sugar Amber

    Candi Sugar Amber

    Smooth taste, good head retention, sweet aroma and high gravity without being apparent. Use in Belgian and holiday ales. Use clear for tripels, amber for dubbels, and dark is used in brown beer and strong golden ales.
