    American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 1.0 lbs Crystal Malt 40°L

    Crystal Malt 40°L

    Sweet, mild caramel flavor and a golden color. Use in light lagers and light ales.

  • .5 oz Perle - 7.8 AA% pellets; boiled 50 min

    Perle

    Used mainly for its minty bittering and good green hop aromas in all non-pilsener lagersand wheats. Aroma is pleasant and slightly spicy

Flavor is good but too sweet.Would omit the 60L crystal.Maybe 1/2 lb.10L crystal,1/2-1Lb flaked maize.1/2Lb. carapils.I would also advise against the california lager type yeast.I would use a yeast that is more attenuative for a drier finish.
