Bitte Bitter

Bitte Bitter

Special/Best/Premium Bitter • Extract • 5 gal

GoatsBeard

Trying to break all the rules. May want to use a high gravity ale yeast for this baby. Honey is used to smooth out the head and add some sweet undertones. This should come out pretty darn red. If not, it still is pretty good.
