  • 5 lbs American 2-row

    Yields a slightly higher extract than Six Rox brewers Malt. Tends to give a smoother, less grainy flavored beer. Some brewers claim they can detect a significant difference in flavor. Lower protein and will yield a lower color than Six-Row Brewers Malt

  • 4 lbs Midwest Wheat Malt

    Light flavor and creamy head. For American weizenbier, weissbier and dunkelweiss.

  • .5 lbs American Caramel 60°L

    Mild caramel,nutty flavor, sweet. adds color

  • .5 lbs Belgian Cara-Pils

    Significantly increases foam/head retention and body of the beer.

  • 2 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1 oz Hallertau - 4.5 AA% pellets; boiled 40 min

This beer is awesome. After 3 weeks in the keg, it is so smooth, refreshing and full of flavor. I have compared it side, by side to the original B-52, with the step mash schedule and this one is actually better. If you make it, please post the results here.
