Czech Spring Pilsner

Czech Spring Pilsner

Bohemian Pilsener • Partial Mash • 5 gal

jvcrox

I brewed this recipe a few weeks ago using Saaz and Cascade hops. This is the only difference between the two. I racked to secondary fermenter after two weeks. I took a taste of it and it had more of a crisp taste then my previous all extract versions of this.
