  • 6 kg Australian Pale Malt

  • .05 kg Crystal Malt 80°L

    Body and Richness. Distictive Nutty flavor and or sweet, smooth caramel flavor and a red to deep red color. For porters, old ales.

  • .5 kg Rice Flaked

    Rice Flaked

    Used to add fermentables without increasing body or flavor. Produces a milder, less grainy tasting beer. Examples: American lagers, Bohemian lagers, Pilsners

  • 15 g Cascade - 8.5 AA% whole; boiled 75 min

    Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 10 g Hallertau - 8.9 AA% whole; boiled 75 min

    Hallertau

    Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

  • 20 g Cascade - 8.5 AA% whole; boiled 7 min

My usual step mash 54/64/72/80 Less crystal than the first brew to lighten color, different hops too for higher ibus(i'm a hop head). Pitching primary yeast from first brew ferment at 13-16 c
