Brothers' Alt Nuptial Ale
Düsseldorf Altbier • Partial Mash • 5 gal
An excellent Alt. Perhaps this prompted the Widmer brothers to discontinue thier Alt, and their best beer. I'm just glad the Widmer Springfest was around to key me into this delicious style. Will try a all-mash in the coming months.

Notes
Brewed by two lesser brothers for the wedding day of the heir. Extract is actually William's Brewing's German Gold which is 1/2 Munich and 1/2 Morovian Pils or some thing. Brewed in July of 2002 tastes better than ever in January of 2003. Hopefully the marriage will age even better.
