Ingredients (All Grain5 gal)

  • 10 lbs Budvar Under-Modified Pale

    Budvar Under-Modified Pale

    Requires multiple temperature mash. The same malt used by the "original Budweiser" brewery, Budweiser Budvar.

  • 1/4 lbs Belgian Aromatic

    Belgian Aromatic

    Imparts a big malt aroma. Use in brown ales, Belgian dubbels and tripels.

  • 1/8 lbs Dextrine Malt

    Dextrine Malt

    In light-colored beers to give additional body. Adds richness without color.

  • 1 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 90 min

    Czech Saaz

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 1/2 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 60 min

    Very mild. 'Noble'.

  • 3/4 oz Czech Saaz - 5.0 AA% whole; boiled 30 min
