Good for all around bittering and finishing stock ales, Belgian ales, and continental style lagers. Aroma is mild, pleasant and flowery.

    Cascade

Spicy with citrus notes. Slightly grapefruity.

  • 1 tsp Irish Moss - (omitted from calculations)

  • BrewTek CL-980 American White Ale

    BrewTek CL-980 American White Ale

A smooth, American style wheat beer yeast with an exceptionally round, clean malt flavor. The low flocculation of this yeast leaves a cloudy "Hefe-Weizen" yet it's smooth flavor makes it an integral part of a true unfiltered wheat beer.

Notes

This brew is exellent! I've brewed this one many times and it always turns out great. My friends, they can't get enough of this beer. Brew like ale, store at 65-75 degrees
