Experiment Number One

Experiment Number One

Weizen/Weissbier • Extract • 5 gal

Jason Hudson

This brew came out great. The only problem I had with it was the head retention. It didn't do very well. I intend on trying some things with my next batch because I'm going to try to perfect this one, it was that good!
