  • 8.25 lbs Dry Amber Extract

    Dry Amber Extract

    Cream-colored and full-flavored; will produce amber colored beers such as pale ales, IPAs, and bitters. Made of pale and crystal malts.

  • 5 lbs Honey

    Honey

    Imparts sweet and dry taste. For honey and brown ales. Also: specialty ales.

  • 1.25 tsp Green Tea - (omitted from calculations)

  • White Labs WLP715 Champagne

    White Labs WLP715 Champagne

    Classic yeast, used to produce champagne, cider, dry meads, dry wines, or to fully attenuate barley wines/ strong ales. Can tolerate alcohol concentrations up to 17%. Neutral.

Extract and Adjuncts are in cups - not pounds! Using green tea instead of hops.
