Highly flocculant top-fermenting strain with rich, malty character and balanced fruitiness. This strain is so flocculant that additional aeration and agitation is needed. An excellent strain for cask-conditioned ales.

Added 1cup honey for priming. DO NOT BOIL THE HONEY!! Tasted a week after bottling, very good. Malty, sweet, honey aroma very prevalent, with a very nice hop flavour and aroma that complements the honey. Try it if you like and let me know what you think.
