Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity™
Wyeast 3787 Trappist High Gravity™
Robust top cropping yeast with phenolic character. Alcohol tolerance to 12%. Ideal for Biere de Garde. Ferments dry with rich ester profile and malty palate.
Notes
No water additives due to my hard water at 9ph. Low tempreture sparge and no mash out seems to work well. Starthisle honey. My O.G. was 1.089 and FG was 1.030. Aged three months. Has a chocolate background with a warming abv% about 10 if my eff. goes well. I disagree with beertools srm for this beer, it should be up to 90srm. Age more than 4months and test.
