Notes

No water additives due to my hard water at 9ph. Low tempreture sparge and no mash out seems to work well. Starthisle honey. My O.G. was 1.089 and FG was 1.030. Aged three months. Has a chocolate background with a warming abv% about 10 if my eff. goes well. I disagree with beertools srm for this beer, it should be up to 90srm. Age more than 4months and test.
