American Lager BJCP 1

American Lager BJCP 1

Standard American Lager • All Grain • 8 gal

MRB Brewmaster

Not a style I like that much, but I am expanding my horizons by brewing as many of the BJCP standard styles as I can. Actually plan to use all Saaz hops, and a low mash temp @118F 30 minutes, 128F 30 min, 148F 45 minutes, and mash out at <170F.
