Perspicacious Porter

Perspicacious Porter

Robust Porter • All Grain • 5 gal

HopDevil

I've wanted to experiment with Swedish Porter yeast and now's my chance. I lived in Sweden for a year and mostly the beer we drank was swill so I'm very interested in the results. In truth I haven't tried this yet but if it's good enough I'll make a gift of a few cases of it to my favorite local publican whose wife hails from Sweden.
