Nittany Lion White Beer

Nittany Lion White Beer

Belgian Specialty Ale • Extract • 5 gal

saegoose

Just brewed this recipe tonight. Was trying to reproduce something like Blue Moon's Belgian White for my girlfriend, but I had no wheat, so I substituted Muntons Light Extract Syrup (barley). I'll update to let you know what happens. I bottled the batch today. It has a golden color and nice aroma. An update will follow in two weeks with info on taste etc.
