  • 4.1 kg English 2-row Lager

  • 8 g Pride of Ringwood - 10.0 AA% pellets; boiled 90 min

  • 10 g Tettnanger - 6.4 AA% pellets; boiled 30 min

    Tettnanger

    Mild, slightly spicy. 'Noble'.

  • 10 g Saaz - 3.4 AA% pellets; boiled 15 min

    Saaz

    Used for finishing pilseners, continental lagers, and wheats. The aroma is spicy and pleasant with fragrant overtones.

  • 16 g Saaz - 3.4 AA% pellets; boiled 1 min
